Klyvero Money Privacy policy

1. Who we are and scope

Klyvero Money is a personal expense management app by Klyvero Labs. This policy covers the app. The separate Klyvero Labs website privacy policy applies to website usage and website forms. Contact klyverolabs@gmail.com with privacy questions.

2. Information you enter

You can enter transaction amounts, income, expenses, transfers, categories, dates, account labels and transaction titles, along with preferences such as your currency. The app uses these entries on your device to organize records and display your balance and transaction history. Account labels such as “Cash” are bookkeeping labels, not Klyvero Labs login accounts.

3. Local storage and accounts

Your financial records are stored on your phone. Klyvero Money does not require you to register or create an account. Klyvero Labs does not receive or store your app financial records on its servers. You control your own records on your device.

4. Sharing and advertising

Klyvero Labs does not sell your financial records or share them from the app with advertisers. The current app experience shown on this website is ad-free. If a future version adds a service that changes data processing, this policy and any relevant permission or consent information will be updated before that processing begins.

5. Device backups and copies

Your device or operating system may manage backups independently of Klyvero Labs, depending on your device settings. Copies you create or retain outside the app must be managed separately. Review your device backup settings if you do not want local app data included in a device backup.

6. Support messages

When you choose to contact support, Klyvero Labs receives the information you include, such as your email address, device details, message and any attachments. Support correspondence is processed through Gmail to respond to you. Avoid sending a financial history, banking passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.

7. Retention and deletion

Financial records remain on your phone until you remove them or clear the app’s stored data. Clearing local app storage can permanently erase your records. Local deletion does not automatically remove separate backups or copies. Support emails are separate from app records; contact us to request deletion of correspondence you have sent. Any information that must be retained for a legal obligation will be explained in response to that request.

8. Security and control

Protect access to your phone using its available security controls and keep your operating system updated. Because financial records are held locally, Klyvero Labs cannot remotely retrieve, restore or erase them for you. See the data deletion page for device-level deletion guidance.

9. Changes and contact
