Your Klyvero Money records stay on your phone. No registration account needs to be deleted.
Last updated October 7, 20261. What you can delete
Klyvero Money stores your financial entries and preferences locally on your phone. There is no Klyvero Labs server account containing your app records. A support email cannot remotely erase data on your phone.
2. Delete local data on Android
Open your phone’s Settings, select Apps, choose Klyvero Money, then open Storage or Storage & cache and select Clear storage or Clear data. Confirm only when you are ready to remove all local records and preferences. Menu names can vary by device. Clearing cache alone does not delete all app records.
3. Backups and saved copies
Clearing app data does not automatically remove separate device backups or copies you have saved elsewhere. Manage those through the relevant backup service or file location. Restoring a backup may restore previously saved information.
4. Information sent to support
If you want Klyvero Labs to delete information you sent in a support conversation, email klyverolabs@gmail.com with the subject “Klyvero Money — Data deletion”. Use the email address from the original conversation so the team can identify it. Do not include passwords or your complete financial records.
5. Need help?
Contact klyverolabs@gmail.com with your device and app version if known. The team can guide you through deletion but cannot access or restore local app records. Emailing a request does not itself erase data from your device.
